Genpact is hiring for the role of Manager - Resource Management!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Planning the staffing according to the business needs
- Tracking the demand-supply needs
- Working with Managers and Business leaders for different resourcing activities
- Coordinating with the business and recruitment team
- Ensuring all the data and status are updated correctly in different systems and trackers
- Maintaining the resource management tracker
- Tracking the training needs of the resource pool
- Tracking the bench cost to keep it within the budget
- Tracking utilization of resource pool
- Benching resource engagement
- Maintaining different tracker
- Preparing/Publishing reports and dashboards in MS Excel/ PowerPoint
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the IT industry
- Extremely Strong Communication skills and a Positive attitude
- Good analytical skills presentation and Excel skills
- Knowledge of P&L and processes will be good to have
- Passionate about making an impact with your viewpoint backed by analysis and Data
- Passionate to take up challenging tasks with confidence and enthusiasm
- Ready to take up new initiatives and ownership of tasks undertaken
- Eye for precision and perfection
- Ability to work in teams with a collaborative approach as interaction will be required across functions
- Passionate to deal with people
