OnePlus is hiring for the role of Manager - Red Cable Club!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• RCC Program Awareness: Define and drive planning and execution of online and offline in-store awareness initiatives and promotion campaigns.
• Offline Member Engagement: Plan and execute engagement of RCC members through offline events in collaboration with community and offline marketing teams.
• Premium Partner Benefits: Onboard new premium partners for members in the top-most Maestro tier of the program highlighting the tier's aspirational nature.
• Platform Content Initiatives: Work with the content team to plan the content calendar on the RCC platform in the form of articles, short-form videos, and influencer-led content.
• Business Cadence: Prepare regular business and operational reviews e.g. weekly/monthly departmental progress updates, partner updates, and KPI management.

Requirements:

• MBA Preferred, with total work experience between 2 to 4 years
• Preferred, but not a pre-requisite, experience in strategy/e-commerce/membership program/loyalty marketing
• Innovative with a high desire to embrace change in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a belief in working and winning with teams
