Roles and Responsibilities:


  • As a Recruiting Manager you will be a key partner and will be responsible for production and delivery to drive business results.
  • You would be responsible for a collaborative and credible relationships with the onshore and offshore recruiting team.
  • Daily communication with the onshore Recruiting Head and Recruiting Leads on job priorities.
  • Accountable for the coverage of requisitions and managing the offshore production by ensuring the team reverts/submits profiles with a quick turn around time to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
  • Manage and set expectations of the recruiters on targets to be achieved
  • Responsible for task assignment to the team and follow-through till completion.
  • Maintain different recruiting reports to keep a check on recruiter activities.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the whole team on activities for the week and pending coverage.
  • Work proactively with the team to build a talent pipeline and database.
  • Monthly performance review of each recruiter and as a team. Compare month to month performance against target and work with leads and the recruiter for improvement.
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance through metrics.
  • Constantly work with the team on new sourcing methodologies (e.g. social recruiting, x-ray searches etc.)
  • Ensures team is providing a positive candidate experience and can effectively represent and market the WinMax employment brand, the organizations business objectives and career options to potential candidates
  • Recruitment Risk Assessment Mitigation -Recognizes risks & proposes timely solutions to mitigate the same.
  • Guides and mentor’s other recruiters, train & develop the new joiners.
  • Team Learning and Development – create a repository of learning for team & build a culture of learning.
  • Practices effective communication and feedback mechanism at individual & team level.
  • Develop a data-driven approach, utilizing analytics to provide insight and decision support.
  • Research and suggest job advertising options, recruiting tools, job boards to suit company needs.
  • Work closely with the Recruiting Head on updating and designing new recruiting procedures.
  • Ability to make hires and grow the team.
  • Work on training and orientation of new employees. Help the team with training and adoption of any new tools.
  • Be an individual contributor and lead by example.


Primary Skills:


  • 8+ years of overall US staffing industry experience, with minimum 4+ years’ experience managing a team.
  • Excellent understanding of US staffing Industry and recruitment processes.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and handling end to end US recruitment for Full time, contract, contract to hire roles.
  • Experience working with VMS positions and managing Direct Client requisitions.
  • Good understanding of IT and Non IT job functions and good conceptual understanding of technologies covering the whole gamut of SDLC.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Must have experience of managing 15 or more people with accountability of targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Must have good Analytical skills, ability to create reports and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Should have strong execution skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Stable Job History, ambitious and Positive attitude.
