Genapct is hiring for the role of Manager- Record to Report (Hyderabad)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• You shall lead a large team in the Record to Report domain while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements – KPI & CPI.
• Review team’s day-to-day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests.
• Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance with deadlines.
• Work closely with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Prioritize multiple partners and business requirements effectively.
• Support metrics reporting for significant processes.
• Act as a people manager – responsible for hiring, developing structured learning paths, and serving as an operations mentor for the team

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree in Finance (M.Com etc) with ICWA or CPA, OR Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Experience in Financial Reporting, General Ledger accounting, and Record to Report processes.
• Proven experience managing a team
• Strong expertise in trend analysis for both P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Proven experience in audit/Statutory audit disclosures.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion
• Proficiency in Fixed Assets management – New requests/Addition/Retirals/Reporting/BS Reconciliation/P&L calculation.
• D365 (Dynamics 365, advanced version of Navision).
• Experience in ServiceNow, Jira, Blackline, and Alteryx.
