PepsiCo is hiring for the role of Manager - R&D Packaging!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Supporting Foods and is accountable for the overall performance and growth of the allocated brands & business.
- Requiring a synergistic approach to support Innovation and productivity agenda by PackFormat innovations, Structure innovations (Shapes, Sealant layer Formulation, polymer recipes, processing, and manufacturing), scale-up, and related areas.
- Delivering agreed on AOP projects that support brand volume through innovations.
- Impacting growth & business volume through relevant Packaging innovations, and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
- Essential: Technical – PG/MSc. from the Indian Institute of Packaging, or a post-graduate from CIPET or another plastics Institute.
- Experience of a minimum of 4 years in the field of packaging development in FMCG, with a minimum of 2 years of packaging development in Foods is preferred.
