Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the role of Manager - Project Management!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Study the requirement from specification, drawings & standard
- Study all technical requirement
- Coordination with internal stakeholders e.g. Marketing, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Production
- Organise kick off meeting, Planning & Scheduling (prepare plans in MS Project and upload plans in Concerto), Budgeting, Project Monitoring & Reviews
- Prepare & communicate status report
- Customer interaction
- Time Management. Scope Management
- Risk Management (Identify Potential Risks, Mitigation & Contingency Plans)
- Negotiation (handling conflicts / priorities)
- Adaptability (adjusting to the changes)
- Procurement (BOM details consolidation, submit PPO to Supply Chain, co-ordinate with Supply Chain for placement of PO's, ensure timely receipt of full kits)
- Production reviews (submit the full kit details to production team, monitor the production progress and ensure timely completion)
- Handling the complete execution cycle (from project initiation to 100% completion of contract)
Requirements:
- Knowledge & Posting Location: Project Management - ExecutivePlanning, Cost Control
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor of Technology (BTech)Master of Business Administration (MBA)
