Dream Sports is hiring for the role of Manager - Product (Experimentation Platform)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identifying user and business problems, evaluating trade-offs, and prioritize solutions to build an impactful product roadmap.
• Bridging the gap between business and technical goals based on a high-level understanding of the tech stack/architecture being used in the product.
• Setting and tracking the right metrics for the product and use this information to make data-driven decisions.
• Planning and executing successful product launches and marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Demonstrating a strong sense of user empathy to understand the needs & motivations of the user in order to create great products.
• Communicating product rationale to the team, and using storytelling techniques with stakeholders to articulate a compelling product vision.
• Driving project execution independently and effectively.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of product management experience building experimentation products at scale
• Excellent communication skills
