Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Own a team of multi-disciplinary designers consisting of product designers, visual designers, visual communication designers and researchers.
- Along with the design leads, manage various design projects and their priorities. Help the team in resolving blockers.
- Ensure the output meets business goals, deadlines and the quality bar.
- You will set the bar high. You know what quality looks like and how to help product teams ship at that quality with minimal impact on velocity.
