Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Manager - Operations and Service!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support branch related activities for FD products
• Understand and Knowledge of FD & Mutual fund product
• Coordinate with centralized FD ops team, centralized customer service team and local sales for issue resolution
• Able to learn and apply learning quickly
• Understand and adhere to the wealth management Policies (Related to customer service) and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned
• Optimize Productivity and improve Quality
• Audit to improve processes and reduce Complaints
• Identify of process related improvement opportunities
• Publish regular MIS to Branch team & Senior management team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of overall experience
• Experience of handling FD & Mutual fund operations
• Good communication skills
• Team management skills
• Training skills
• Good analytical skills
