Meesho is hiring for the role of Manager - New Initiatives!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own end-to-end problem-solving of your workstream including ideation & implementation
• Be involved in day-to-day tracking of business-critical metrics and setting up full-proof processes preempting any roadblocks
• Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders from Product, Operations, and Legal teams to deliver on the defined business objectives, and drive program adherence with relevant teams
• Analyze trends in Content Commerce and identify levers to unlock opportunities to increase Affiliate revenue
• Manage project schedules, remove roadblocks, and keep processes running smoothly
• Continuously solve edge cases with suboptimal outcomes due to current processes
• Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control
• Improve processes for completeness and better efficiency
• Dive deep into the complex details of the program
• Present detailed problem definitions and solutions to senior leadership and execute the solutions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of total work experience. At least 2+ years of experience in consulting firms
• Experience in startups/tech companies in similar roles will be an advantage
• Proven problem-solving and project management skills
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• An MBA degree will be preferable
