Involve is hiring for the role of Manager- Monitoring and Evaluation!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Designing and implement Monitoring and Evaluation framework for programs at Involve
• Design and contextualize indicators for programs
• Designing contextual tools to accurately measure indicators (both for in-depth and scale programs)
• Creation of detailed tool implementation guidelines
• Ensuring high-quality translation of tools before implementation
• Collaborating across teams to establish on-ground and team-level monitoring, evaluation and learning processes.
• Managing and overseeing large scale impact evaluations, data analysis, report writing and results dissemination.
• Creating and implementing smooth, scalable and cost-efficient implementation processes for necessary state, district, cluster, and school level assessments.
• Ensuring end-to-end implementation of large-scale data collection processes on ground by various teams at Involve.
• Ensuring authentic and ethical data collection, digitisation and analysis practices.
• Analysing and visualising (designing data dashboard/ other tools) qualitative and quantitative data while comparing baselines to endlines.
• Ensuring timelines for periodic student-level impact analysis.
• Supporting the Communication team to provide content and material for ensuring communication of impact.
• Creating reliable tools for internal process monitoring of programs and analysing insights periodically.
