Tata 1mg Technologies Private Limited is hiring for the role of Manager: Medical Affairs!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the development and refinement of drug databases and medical content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and user-centric design.
• Drive end-to-end project execution within the content team, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Provide expert clinical insights to cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between pharmacological knowledge and product development needs
• Serve as the SME in pharmacology, guiding the team on drug mechanisms, indications, contraindications, and interactions
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, and operations teams to align content strategies with overall business objectives.
• Identify and evaluate emerging trends, partnerships, and innovations in digital healthcare to expand the scope of drug content and drive growth
• Strategize and implement innovative approaches to deliver engaging, patient-centric drug content that enhances user trust and engagement
• Coach and mentor medical editors, supporting their professional growth and ensuring the overall success of the editorial team
• Work with a high level of independence and take a lead role on assigned projects with respect to content and scientific strategy, timing, scheduling, and tracking

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge and application of regulatory guidance documents, such as ICH requirements, ensuring compliance in content creation and delivery.
• Ability to recognize how to best interpret, summarize, and present statistical and medical information to ensure content quality and accuracy. 
• Strong expertise in pharmacology and clinical knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, pivotal for engaging in cross-functional discussions and ensuring clear and concise content delivery.
• Strong project/process leadership skills with a track record of driving successful outcomes. 
• Proficiency in MS Office and other content management tools.
