Manager - Marketing Analytics Job in Bangalore at Myntra

Myntra is hiring for the role of Manager - Marketing Analytics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build templates, and dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/PowerBI for operational and management reporting.
• Statistical and Analytical Models and methods for data analysis related to customer initiatives & growth hacks including issue diagnosis, problem dissection, and tracking of results.
• Run and maintain the reporting system.
• Data extraction as per business request for Ad hoc analysis.
• Assist the team in data analysis and mining.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.
• Strong database concepts and experience in SQL – can convert any business requirement into an SQL statement.
• Expertise in Excel, and PowerBI.
• Working experience in R, Python, Tableau, Qlikview, and Data Studio is good and experience working in a customer growth/customer analytics role is a plus.
• Quick learner and ability to work in dynamic work environments.
• Team player and comfortable interacting with people from multiple disciplines.
