Manager- Loyalty Program Job in Bangalore at Myntra

Myntra is hiring for the role of Manager- Loyalty Program!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own and Manage all aspects of Insights & reporting for the loyalty program from problem definition to insight delivery, influencing marketing action
• Use data to drive analytical projects across all complexity levels and to generate key business insights & recommendations to enable decision-making
• Draft daily Revenue, Traffic & other input metric plans/forecasts for different customer cohorts for BAU and event days. Monitoring these metrics & deep-dive analyses for problem-solving sessions will also be a key part of the role
• Being the “data backbone” of the various campaigns run by the team – this will involve designing the experiments, creating the A/B bases, and finally measuring the impact. The recruit will need to liaison with other cross-functional teams (product, revenue, etc.) to provide an entire feedback loop during the execution of these campaigns
• Data visualization and reporting for easy consumption of insights for senior and middle management
• Evangelize and operationalize the analytical solutions for usage across the organization

Requirements:

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with appreciation for Math and Business and ability to get their hands from the get going 
• 2-3 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst in the E-Commerce domain would be preferred 
• Highly proficient in the use of Excel, SQL, and R/Python. Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is an added advantage
• Efficient project and stakeholder management skills. Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects
• Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal

Qualifications:

• B Tech/BE or equivalent from a reputed college
