Diageo is hiring for the role of Manager-Logistics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implement the right truck types to ensure high loadability and reduce per case fright cost
• Identify Key Improvement Opportunities in Logistics & Warehousing
• Complete responsibility to drive all Logistics & warehousing-related projects.
• Define Projects with clear deliverables and timelines
• Drive and deliver projects to completion as per agreed objectives
• Complete accountability to ensure adherence to TMS processes
• Accountable to ensure adherence to TMS usage for Inbound as well as outbound
• Ensuring breakages are within control and managed using systems
• On-time payment to transporters
• Drive TMS upgradations as per business needs
• Drive Digitization in Logistics Identify, key needs, and system requirements and lead implementation

Requirements:

• Experience in Logistics, Operations, and Planning in Supply Chain.
• 2-6 years of experience in FMCG or related industry
• Proficiency in using Logistics Tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
