Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieving business numbers with the assigned line of channels (Basis location and market potential).
• People Management (Off roll) - Hiring, Retention & Productivity.
• Sales Governance through compliance of systems and processes.
• Responsible for tracking, managing & controlling PDD requirement compliance.
• Reduction in customer complaints & cancellations by ensuring that no miss-selling is being done.
• Understanding of CRM – Salesforce.com.
• Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, and risk teams.
• Ensure TAT is maintained for case processing.

Requirements:

• Qualifications – Graduate / Post Graduate
• A good command of Excel is essential
• Work Experience – 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team
• Result-oriented - Go go-getter attitude is a must
• Should have a collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company
• Excellent Team management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of communication skills
• Highly ambitious & self-motivated
