Manager I, Training Job in Hyderabad at Concentrix

Concentrix is hiring for the role of Manager I, Training!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Develop and deliver training programs for content moderators, including onboarding, job-specific skills training, and ongoing development.
• Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
• Use a variety of training methods, including online learning, classroom training, and on-the-job training.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
• Manage the training budget and track training metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that content moderators have the skills and knowledge they need to do their jobs effectively.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization and meeting timelines of deliverables
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to team members
• Self-starter, sense of urgency and works well under pressure
• Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule
• Occasional travel
• Excellent Transactional Training Domain Knowledge
• CoMo experience – 2 yrs and above- preferred
• Ability to lead a team, coordinate with other locations and drive standardized practices
• Persuasive, collaborative and influencing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage client expectations/engagements effectively
