Walmart Global Tech India is hiring for the position of Manager Security!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implement comprehensive security plans and strategies to protect company assets, associates, vendors & visitors
• Manage 3rd party security force to include deployment, training, administration and attendance
• Ensure all CCTV and access controls are functioning at all times
• Coordinate with the builder and ensuring all fire fighting equipment are functional at all times
• Assist security manager to conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary improvements
• Correct and timely issue of id / access cards to associates, consultants & contractors
• Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, and report findings to security manager.
• Control of all material entering/ exiting the contact centre
• Provide Executive Protection when required

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree
• Have served in the Indian Army in any combat unit
• Preferably have experience in corporate security
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels within the Company.
• Should be able to work in night shifts or any assigned shifts on a rotational basis
