Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Manager - Hybrid 2 Wheeler!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieve business numbers with the assigned line of channels (Based on location and market potential)
- Conduct people Management (Off roll) – Hiring, Retention & Productivity
- Ensure sales Governance through compliance of systems and processes
- Ensure reduction in customer complaints & cancellations by ensuring that no miss-selling is being done
- Engage with Credit, Operations & Risk teams
- Ensure TAT is maintained for case processing
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate
- A good command in Excel is essential
- Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team
- Result-oriented: Go go-getter attitude is a must
- Should have a collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company
- Excellent Team management & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent command of communication skills
- Highly ambitious & self-motivated
