Manager- Financial Lead Job in Bhopal at Mahindra Group

Mahindra is hiring for the role of Manager- Financial Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with key stakeholders (dealers, field team) to develop understanding of customer & dealer requirements; Build relationship with financing partners at attractive business terms to address customer needs and accelerate growth
• General and task management
• Train State Heads and Cluster heads on financing products to ensure awareness and drive adoption
• Work in liasion with sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and develop products accordingly 
• Design innovative financing product for the stores in collaboration with local financial institutions for used tractor dealers and end customers (farmers) 
• Act as the focal point to disseminate information between NBFC and used tractor dealers
• Drive initiatives to ensure maximum adoption of financing product among customers (drive financing attach rate) and promote schemes at dealer level
• Develop working capital solutions in partnership with NBFCs for UT dealers 
• Monitor collections from channel partners and take course correction action wherever needed
• Resolve disputes between NBFCs and UT dealers, if any 
• Provide management reports and key performance data
