Dream11 is hiring for the role of Manager - Finance Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Managing daily transaction-level reconciliation of deposit & withdrawal transactions (Payment Gateway/Bank Statement)
- Analyzing large payment data sets and highlighting exceptions
- Resolving open items & chargebacks in a timely manner
- Supporting external/internal audit assignments
- Verifying PG/Bank expenses as per the agreed terms
- Maintaining healthy relationships with PGs/Banks and other financial institutions
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Reconciliation and Settlement
- Sound knowledge of payment cycle/transaction flow and accounting practices - Origination, Authorization, Clearing, Settlement, Disputes, and Billing
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, Excel, PPT, etc
