SandS Australia is hiring for the role of Manager-Finance & Commercial!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle new tasks with zero errors.
• Serve as the primary contact for accounting/finance process migration from Australian clients.
• Understand the processes, perform hands-on tasks for the first three months, and establish baselines. This role is not related to marketing or monitoring/reviewing tasks.
• Exhibit high emotional intelligence and effective communication skills to manage demanding, emotional, and fast-paced environments.
• Take precautions to eliminate customer dissatisfaction in accounting and finance deliverables.
• Independently regain client confidence after escalations or negative feedback through meetings and written communication.
• Demonstrate a mature understanding of the importance of document presentation (format, alignment, uniformity in colors/font/size).
• Understand and prioritize client urgency.
• Ensure weekly working hours are efficient and meet benchmarks expected in developed countries.
• Willingness to complete work and cover extra hours when needed.
• Take pride in the work and have a passion for accounting.
• Motivate and encourage team members to meet client expectations and work the extra hours required in finance and accounting.
• Possess the mindset of both a leader and a team player.

Requirements:

• Member of CIMA, ACCA, CA, or a similar professional body.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated successful experience as a finance/accounting manager and 10 years of total
• work experience in finance, accounting, and business management.
• At least 2 years of experience directly liaising with overseas clients in high-standard workplaces in developing countries(Australia, UK, USA, Canada) is an added advantage.
• Pleasant and sociable with highly developed interpersonal, teamwork, and social skills.
• Self-driven personality with strong work ethics.
• Excellent English skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Ability to learn quickly, both independently and under the guidance of managers.
• Commercial experience is must.
