Manager- Finance Job in Bangalore at Leap

Leap is hiring for the role of Manager- Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee and manage the timely and accurate closure of financial books.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, and review and analyze financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements by USA GAAP.
• Coordinate and manage the external audit process and work closely with auditors to address queries and ensure a smooth audit cycle.
• Implement and oversee revenue recognition processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Review and enhance control processes to mitigate risks.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and reporting requirements.
• Communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of USA GAAP and experience in handling multiple entities.
• Proven experience in book closures, general ledger management, financial statement preparation, audit, and revenue recognition.
• Knowledge of internal financial controls and statutory compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
• Reliable, accountable, and able to manage stakeholders effectively.
