About this Job
Harman is hiring for the role of Manager Finance!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Finance Lead for Business- responsible for complete Financial Planning and Analysis and Liasion with BU/Horizontal Head
- Financial Modeling and pricing
- forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly, and Annual Budgets at the GoC/BU/SBU level
- Identify risks and opportunities to the financial plans and forecasts
- Revenue monthly/Quarterly/Yearly PnL variance and trend analysis
- Review/Scrutiny of monthly timesheets, trial balance, and system reports
- Prepare and analysis of profitability at the GoC/BU/SBU level
- Track HC, Capex, Utilization, Bench, ROI, Investments, and other KPIs
- All ad hoc reporting
Requirements:
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills and aptitude for problem-solving, including data analysis, and validation
- Accounting knowledge- Revenue Recognition, Leases, and Capitalisation
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, and ability to identify and improve processes
