Happay is hiring for the role of Manager-Delivery!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure the right discipline and governance model to take the product from its inception to customer delivery and achieve the project vision.
• Knowledge of fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to the organization.
• Manage (troubled) teams & projects and bring them to success.
• Knowledge and expertise in shaping programs and projects utilizing a variety of delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Work with agile and DevOps culture in the team, work with geographically distributed agile teams, work with tech partners, and successfully run sprints.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of product configuration experience in a SaaS company
• Ability to participate, contribute, and lead the Agile Software Development Processes and implement suitable methodologies like Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc., and tools/techniques for real-time delivery metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, and Cumulative Flow, etc
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment with multiple products/contracts
