Genpact is hiring for the role of Manager- Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Need to have awareness relating to aviation market trends and activities in the region and world wide
• Creating dashboards looking at various aviation specific KPIs in PowerPoint
• Conducting actual vs forecast to under the gap and ways to mitigate the same
• Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
• Responsible to showcase strong work ethics, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
• Candidate should be comfortable with 5 days working and should be flexible w.r.t timings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Proficient in Excel and Advanced Excel, R and Python
• Ability to interact with customer independently
• Facilitation skills/ excellent communication and presentation skills – Ability to interact with all levels of management, strong presentation skills with clear and concise communication
• Should be able to work independently and capable to lead projects

Requirements:

• Rich experience as an analyst
• MBA (marketing) / master’s in economics, Degree in Aviation Management or
• B.Tech/BE/M.Tech (Aeronautical Engineering) preferred
• Detailed knowledge on Microsoft Excel, R, Python & Microsoft Power Point
• Hands on experience on Advanced Excels & VBA applications
• Experience in basic Secondary Research
