Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Attending Break fix calls for Power System Products
- Handing supervision activities for SWGR & Transformer activities
- Maintaining NSS >90%
- Analyzing site issues/complaints
- Preparing site report, communicating to customer, engaging with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Knowledge of BFS/BFO/Salesforce
- Manage authorised service partner
- Maintain Key KPIs ~e.g. MTTRv, MTTF, NSS
- Schedule: Full-time
