Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is hiring for the role of Manager (Costing) - Finance and Accounts!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conduct partwise analysis of Inventory, identifying slow-moving parts and Inventory provisioning.
- Analyze miscellaneous consumption (non-BOM consumption) on a monthly basis and trigger doable action through structured MIS.
- Validate Savings proposals for ECN/VE Changes and other improvement projects
- Prepare Material Recovery Statements, Monthly Production Despatch Reports, and need-based Inventory reports to management
- ICFR and COSO compliances and internal controls checklist monitoring and its compliance.
- Assist with day-to-day handling all the operations-related issues.
- Focus on IT-enabled and Digitisation of reports and its continual development
Requirements:
- Experience: 3- 5 years
- Qualifications: C.A/I.C.W.A.I
