Godrej is hiring for the role of Manager - Costing and Budgeting!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Co-ordinating with cost consultants.
- Preparing cost reports.
- Forecasting of costs till completion.
- Preparing a budget for a given project and monitoring those budgets to ensure no overruns.
- Coordinating with the Projects team for data and timelines.
- Preparing review reports as per defined frequency and format within the Region and at HO.
- Complying with company-defined guidelines and processes.
- Adhering to project timelines.
- Identifying processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement.
- Recommending process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity.
- Undertaking process improvement activities in own work area.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Cost/Budget of High Rise Residential/Commercial Projects
- Knowledge of SAP & AUTO CAD is a must
- Cost Control, Value Engineering Skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of new/ advanced construction technologies & cost impact of the same
- Should be a quick learner of software
