Droom is hiring for the role of Manager, Corporate Development and Investor Relations!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and financial models to support capital-raising activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform valuation analysis to assess business opportunities and investments.
• Support due diligence processes for potential acquisitions, partnerships, or investments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support corporate development initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and market trends to inform strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA from Ivy League colleges such as IIMs, ISB, or similar prestigious institutions preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, big four, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Domain knowledge in E-Commerce, marketplaces, automobiles, SaaS, tech products/solutions, and consumer tech.
• Scholar profile with demonstrated academic excellence.
