Deloitte is hiring for the role of Manager – Conversational AI / T&T!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design and implement conversational AI solutions using hyperscaler/low-code platforms (Kore AI, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, MS Botframework, etc.).
- Collaborate with business analysts, conversational designers, and software developers.
- Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Node.js for development.
- Integrate conversational applications with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
- Optimize bot performance, tune NLP models, and work with large language models (LLMs).
- Stay up-to-date with generative AI and LLM advancements; mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Science.
- 2–10 years of relevant experience in Conversational AI development.
- Experience with LLMs such as GPT-3, GPT-4, Azure Open AI, Google Vertex, LLAMA.
- Proficiency in Python/Node.js and experience with Conversational AI frameworks (Kore, AWS Lex, Dialogflow).
- Experience designing RESTful APIs using Python/FastAPI.
- Familiarity with transfer learning, pre-training, and prompt optimization for NLP tasks.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
