Myntra is hiring for the role of Manager - Controllership & Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare financial reports related to inventory, ensuring accurate reporting for the month-end close process, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Investigate and analyze variances between actual and expected inventory levels, providing insights into discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Leverage inventory management systems and SQL and Python queries to streamline processes,
  improve efficiency, and enhance data crunching.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management and accounting practices, striving for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with teams such as procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless integration of inventory-related data across the organization
• Advanced analytical skills to analyze inventory trends, variances, and cost structures, facilitating
  strategic decision-making.
• Ensure all audit queries by Big 4 audit firms on Statutory, Internal, and Physical verification audits are resolved.
• Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the retail industry, especially in a fast-paced e-commerce
  environment like Myntra.

Requirements:

• Experience: CA with 2 years of experience (Preferably Big4 experience)
• Skills: Proficient with Indian Accounting standards, understanding of SQL and Python, Ability to learn and adapt
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements related to inventory
  accounting, ensuring compliance with industry standards
