Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Stay abreast of key regulatory requirements applicable to the organization.
  
• Conduct monthly/quarterly checks to ensure compliance across all functions.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.KYC Compliance:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of digital KYC requirements.
• Assess the current status of KYC processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose and implement new rules and ideas to enhance the organization's KYC strength.
• Proactively identify potential fraud risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with fraud analysts to monitor and investigate suspicious activities.
• Implement proactive measures to prevent fraud and protect the organization and its customers.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including product teams, to ensure alignment on compliance and KYC initiatives.
• Work closely with regulators and external partners to address compliance-related inquiries and requirements
• Make informed decisions regarding customer account blocking based on compliance violations.
• Conduct market studies to evaluate and deploy new compliance tools and technologies.
