● Experience of acquiring properties suitable for a coworking brand on PAN India level. 

● Experience of Landlord side leasing transactions in Delhi NCR , Mumbai, Bangalore and other metro cities in India. 

● Knowledge of the Indian Commercial real estate market. 

● Good connections with landlords, groups and investors is a plus. 

● Minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial Leasing for business and landlord investors. 

● Excellent communication.al leasing. 

● Expertise in evaluating ROI, value proposition 

Job Role :

● Understand the market dynamics of commercial real estate and spot right location for coworking business on Revenue Share/ Profit Share Model 

● Build financial model / ROI / rent sensitivity of the locations in consideration. 

● Meet Landlords and explain projections, PnL model, benefits of partnering with coworking space and ROI. 

● Execute strategic partnership with Tier-1 and Tier-2 commercial builders and groups for multi-site expansion.

● Ensure end-to-end negotiations with the Landlords and closing of the deals. 

● Coordinate and execute LOI, lease and other documentation 

● Coordinating with the project team for layout, design and overlooking the on-site progress. 

● Managing the external agencies involved in the transactions
