Manager – Collections Systems Management Job in Mumbai at Tata Capital

Key Responsibilities:

• Well versed in MS word, MS excel and MS Power Point Presentation
• Good knowledge of power BI
• Draft BRDs for new system developments and enhancements in coordination with IT, operations, and collections teams.
• Review UDs, writing test cases for UAT
• Ensure thorough UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment of IT solutions aligned with business needs.
• Monitor post-implementation system performance and recommend upgrades or optimizations.
• Production Management - Identify and raise system bugs/defects, track resolution with IT within defined timelines.
• Review, calculate, and process vendor invoices in timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare monthly/weekly MIS reports for project tracking and reporting.
• Executing Month end Cash in Hand process
