Diageo is hiring for the role of Manager- Cluster Finance Business Partner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strengthen the Finance O&R process by building and driving a pre-and post-M&E mindset for Trade Spend investments (BTL and TTL)
• Collect past C-forms, ensure process improvement, and reduce the timelines for recording them.
• Actively participate in unlocking savings and ensuring hygiene by enhancing Distributor ROI.
• Reduce W/Capital and unlock provisions, aiming to lower overall norms compared to the last 3 years' average aged inventory
• Manage Trade Spending effectively.
• Drive the BTL claim process for the cluster while adopting new BTL processes, involving NRM planning
• Develop a pre-and post-M&E culture around BTL and TTL spending.
• Engage with HO commercial and cross-functional teams to understand RTM processes and gain personal development and growth.
• Support Cluster/Region BPMs with market financials and decision-making
• Optimize pricing by focusing on Volume/Value/Margin, Market Share pool, and benchmarking pricing against industry players using publicly available information.
• Support Cluster/Region BPMs with market financials and decision-making.
• Participate in pricing discussions, providing quality inputs
• Independently develop financial analysis to drive business insights, effectively communicating these insights to key stakeholders to influence decision-making in a complex business environment.
• Partner with CH/SH to drive business performance, providing financial/commercial expertise and insights while owning the delivery of financial targets and maintaining an effective control environment.
• Bring strong commercial insight and judgment to decision-making processes.
• Optimize investments, including A&P measurement and evaluation.
