Uber is hiring for the role of Manager-Business Operation!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- You'll craft and execute the vision, strategy, and day-to-day tactics for the growth of the car business in India and South Asia.
- You will work collaboratively with local, regional, and global stakeholders to improve the platform experience for drivers and riders by increasing platform attractiveness.
- You'll work closely with the global team to get products/features prioritized for the region.
- Partner with critical functional areas (Product, Marketing, BD, Policy, Ops, Legal, Tax, etc.) as needed, to drive business objectives.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience (management consulting, investment banking, operations, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-impact projects.
- SQL experience a plus
