Razorpay is hiring for the role of Manager - Business Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing and owning P&L for the core business.
• Forecasting the revenue, costs, and profits.
• Monitoring and keeping a close tap on costs, providing ideas for optimizing costs - Financial reporting and preparing monthly income statements to senior management - Coordinating with finance team and vendors.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3-5 years in managing P&L, forecasting losses, optimizing costs forecasting the profits, and monitoring the costs across business units and product verticals.
• Candidate with qualifications as CA / MBA / Equivalent from premier institutes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Expertise in MS Excel and presentation.
• The candidate should be competent enough to handle MIS, projection, and business-critical line items.
• Candidate with a similar role in Fintech, Top 5 NBFCs, or Banks.
• Desired Skills and Experience
• Financial Planning, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, MIS, CA, Financial Analysis, Budgeting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, filters, pivot tables, etc. Knowledge of operating Power BI will be a plus point.
• Detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to summarize complex data and thoughts into effective actionable communications.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Takes ownership/responsibility; self-starter with the ability to complete actions/projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrates desire and ability to achieve results and works on continuous improvements.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
