Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive simplification across the organization and build a quality DNA within the organization.
• Streamline processes and drive standardization across teams.
• Conduct internal audits for business and enabling areas based on agreed minimum standards.
• Partner with practice leads and managers to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead improvement initiatives for the firm to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct quality trainings in Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, ITIL, and other methodologies to instill quality culture.
• Lead knowledge management initiatives, including documenting customer success stories and customer journey mapping.
• Establish a best-in-class quality framework for delivering consistent and predictable operational results.
• Drive a standardized service level measurement framework at practice or client levels, including definitions, data capture, and reporting.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create and execute action plans based on feedback received through NPS and CSAT surveys.
