PhonePe is hiring for the role of Manager-BizFin!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage Stakeholders, able to create deep partnerships with Internal teams
• Understand the market, and competition and gauge market trends
• Adapt to changing environments quickly, devise growth tracks, can work in multi-functional teams
• Identify opportunities, able to assess their impact & influence on the execution
• Be engrained in planning, governance, financial control, budgeting, commercial negotiations, and performance review aspects of the business
• Create the Annual Operating Plan for the business functions and refresh the outlook for the year every quarter by working with products, business, marketing, and growth teams
• Create and review weekly and monthly business review decks and present the findings, challenges, and action items in the broader forum of business leaders
• Work with the business teams for offers and marketing campaign planning from a financial RoI standpoint
• Work with the business and procurement teams for commercial closure and revisions for cost optimization
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to business finance and business while recommending further courses of action
• Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, growth results, and the business & performance compared to the business plans
• Manage planning, budgeting, MEC reviews, and commercial closures for various business expenses

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 Years
• CA or MBA from a premier institute
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst (not mandatory), business finance manager, corporate finance
• Extensive understanding of the insurance industry, financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong data analysis skill
