Mahindra is hiring for the role of Manager- Auto Sector Consolidation!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure timely completion of Statutory Audit & limited review audit
- Quarterly Submission of Hyperion Financials.
- Inter Company transaction and Balances updation and reconcilation
- Uploading of Trial Balance in Hyperion
- GL Movement Updation
- Ensuring completion of all Phases in Hyperion
- Annual Budgets
- Annual Budget Finalisation of AD and Cnsolidation with Other Divisions
- Ensure related party transactions with prior audit committee approval
- Ensuring that no transactions is entered into without Audit Committee Approval
- Simplicity Initiatives, Digitization & CoE - Consolidation of activities as per plan
