Role Description:

• To Lead and provide high quality operational and technical support application support or site recovery engg. to internal customers and business functions.Indept knowledge of Stock trading or Capital Market domain. Have sound experience in managing trading and back office applications.
• Owner of ITIL's Service Trasition and Service Operations Cycle for the team. Ensuring Enhancement of KEDB, proper ownership of an issue from end to end and developing team under the guidance.
• Lead and priorities the Application Support team’s work load
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of products, functions, features and benefits
• Ability to manage time, projects, and work priorities
• Coordinate with the multiple teams to resolve the job failure issues and to optimize the stream processing.
• Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible in working outside of core business hours at short-notice

Key Performance Indicator

• Indepth Experience .NET IIS based applications.
• SQL/Oracle Working knowledge.
• Must Have used Ticketing tools like Service now, JIRA etc
• Must knowledge of automation like python, shell etc
• Must have knowledge of moniting tools like site 24x7 , OBM etc
• Should be avaialbe for 24*7 support.
