About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a relationship manager for users to ensure smooth support and high satisfaction
2. Assist customers with subscription renewals, upgrades, and retention
3. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
4. Work comfortably in fast-paced, target-oriented environments
Note: Apart from salary, we are offering incentives and a night allowance for a cab of Rs 100/day
1. Possess excellent English communication skills in spoken and written form
2. Have a minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience in a UK or US process or rotational night shift
3. Display strong active listening and customer-handling skills
4. Be willing to work in rotational or night shifts
