Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design formulation strategies and verify experiments, lab notebooks, and online documents.
• Conduct literature searches, project evaluations, ideation, and intellectual property (IP) development.
• Prepare project summaries, evaluations, and development proposals.
• Coordinate inter-departmental activities and cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines using tools like Primavera.
• Prepare and review Product Development Reports (PDR).
• Supervise product development, scale-up exhibits, and process validation batch activities.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Work on new designs and innovative creations.
• Review and respond to post-filing and post-approval market requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical or pharmaceutical background with experience in formulation development and R&D.
• Strong skills in coordination, project management, and reporting.
• Familiarity with process validation, IP development, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
