Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the income processing team to ensure accurate and timely handling of income transactions, including dividends, interest payments, and distributions.
• Oversee reconciliation of income receipts and disbursements, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Review and validate income-related reports, providing insights and analysis on income performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including accounting, compliance, and investment teams, to resolve discrepancies and address inquiries.
• Mentor and train junior associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Support month-end close by preparing journal entries and ensuring all income transactions are recorded accurately.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and present income processing metrics reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate (Postgraduate preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
