Job Responsibilities:

• First Mile Operations: Manage the initial stages of the logistics process, ensuring accurate and timely acceptance of incoming goods and proper documentation.
• Last Mile Operations: Supervise the final stages of the logistics process, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring on-time and secure shipments to end customers.
• Booking Management: Oversee the booking procedures, optimizing schedules, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources for seamless operations.
• Delivery Oversight: Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to designated locations, implementing strategies to enhance delivery efficiency.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance and support for professional development.
• Ownership Mentality: Take ownership of warehouse processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers, ensuring clear and transparent information flow.

Desired Candidate:

• Postgraduate degree in Logistics /Supply Chain.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Passionate about extensive travel within India and the city.
