• Experience in Market Research and Analysis (from sourcing and procurement perspective)
• Experience in sourcing / Tactical Buying (for any category), Experience managing a team (small to medium size team), and Compliance with Procurement policies and procedures
• Project Management Skills and Significant Procurement experience demonstrating a proven track record
• Sophisticated Excel Skills, Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and people management
• Bachelors in Science/Engineering
• Excellent English interpersonal skills
• Significant work experience
• Ability to demonstrate a range of influencing techniques
