Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manages end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to contract execution.
• Oversees vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Rates and manages supplier performance.
• Ensures contract compliance.
• Drives proposal, quotation, and bid preparation.
• Develops, reviews, negotiates, and executes complex agreements and contracts.
• Evaluates, selects, and sets up supplier performance management.
• Sources new suppliers.
• Collaborates with customers to understand requirements and meet deadlines.
• Conducts spend and market analysis to identify best pricing.
• Manages internal and external customers and partners.
• Achieves savings targets, ensures timely deliveries, and maintains customer satisfaction.
• Participates in reviews with regional commodity managers.
• Prepares accurate and timely reports.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any field
• Relevant sourcing experience, preferably in indirect services
• Understanding of sourcing and procurement activities
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• (Preferred) Strong customer focus, relationship management, negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude
• (Preferred) Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• (Preferred) Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Ariba, Emptoris, etc.)
