Genpact is hiring for the role of Management Trainee - Salesforce administration and development!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Help maintain and customize Salesforce applications.
• Assist in user management, including setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Support data management activities, including import, export, and cleanup.
• Assist in the development of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Participate in the development of custom objects, flows, and validation rules.
• Collaborate with senior Salesforce professionals and cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce projects.
• Assist in the requirements gathering and documentation process.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and updates.
• Participate in relevant training and certification programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration and development tools.
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
• Understanding of database concepts and data management.
