Management Trainee – Sales Job in Amravati at Go Desi

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduates with internship experience in the retail/FMCG sector
• Strong interest in sales, retail execution, and business development
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively (a core part of the role)
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales in assigned regions
• Manage retail execution, visibility, and in-store activations
• Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams
• Gather on-ground insights to support strategic planning
• Ensure effective territory coverage and retail expansion

Preferred Candidate:

• Male candidates preferred due to frequent travel and fieldwork; however, females with a passion for travel are also encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with fast-paced challenges and opportunities
